Meet Brenda
Brenda is a qualified HiddenMind Investigative & Corrective Sound Frequency Therapist, Bio Energy Practitioner and a Reiki Master Healer & Trainer, and her interest in mind, body, energy healing work began many years ago, from a deep belief that when we give ourselves permission to pause, the mind begins to quiet, the body begins to soften, and something shifts in our energy. When our energy field becomes blocked, that can feel much harder to access.
Brenda offers a holistic approach to wellbeing, supporting clients to restore balance across mind, body, and energy. She believes that many of the symptoms we experience are messages from the body and through a unique combination of therapies, she helps clients address the root causes of those symptoms such as stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, emotional overwhelm, physical pain and discomfort or just feeling stuck in life. Connecting the Mind and Body is so important on our healing journey as it allows us to slow down, tune in and hear what we have been too busy to notice. Our bodies hold on to so much that our minds have tried to ignore!
Her approach is gentle, relaxed, friendly and her treatments are tailored very much to each individual, helping clients to understand their body signals. No two people or experiences are ever the same; something she truly loves about her work.
