Reiki Practitioner Training
Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd November 2025
Reiki Practitioner Course – A Simple Overview
The Reiki Practitioner Course was created by the Reiki Federation of Ireland for anyone who has already completed Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 and would like to practice Reiki professionally.
Some people choose to do this course after becoming a Reiki Master, but all you need is to have completed up to Reiki Level 2 to take part.
This course is a required step if you plan to offer Reiki professionally and want to be recognised by a professional body like the Reiki Federation of Ireland.
How the Course Works

About the Case Studies
You’ll be asked to complete case studies, which means offering Reiki to others and recording your experiences on a case study form.
Important note:
Some people get confused and think they need to record a video — you don’t!
“Recording” simply means writing about what happened during the session: how the person felt before and after, any insights you had, how the energy flowed, and so on.
To meet the requirements, you’ll need to complete:
-
16 hours of hands-on healing (these can be with friends, family, or volunteers)
-
4 hours spent writing up your case study reports
-
2 follow-up meetings (around 2 hours total), which will focus on deepening your understanding and answering any questions
This course offers you everything you need to become a professionally recognised Reiki Practitioner. Once completed, you’ll receive your Reiki Practitioner Certificate and can begin working professionally in line with the Reiki Federation of Ireland guidelines.
