We are delighted to welcome Brenda Reilly of MindBodySoul Solutions as a guest therapist at Angel & Gift.
Brenda brings a wealth of experience in both healthcare and holistic wellbeing, with over 20 years of experience as a Medical Scientist in Irish hospitals, alongside extensive training in a range of complementary therapies.
As a qualified Reiki Master Teacher, Hypnotherapist, Sound Healing Practitioner, Rahanni Celestial Healing Practitioner, Shamanic Healer, and Indian Head Massage Practitioner, Brenda is passionate about supporting people on their journey to greater wellbeing, balance, and self-care.
Her first clinic will take place here on Friday, 17th July.

During your session, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state while remaining fully aware and in control. We begin with a discussion of your goals, followed by a personalised hypnosis session designed specifically for you. Most clients leave feeling calm, relaxed, and more focused.
Past Life Regression – €100
Past Life Regression is a guided hypnotherapy journey that explores subconscious memories and patterns that may be influencing your present life.
It can bring insight, healing, and understanding around relationships, fears, and emotional blocks. You remain fully relaxed and in control throughout the session.
Shamanic Healing – €75
Shamanic Healing is an ancient energy practice that works to clear blockages, restore balance, and support emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Each session is intuitive and tailored to your needs, helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected.
