Two day workshop

Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th July 2023 

10.30 am – 5.00 pm.

This is a Hybrid Course so if you cant come to Sligo you can still  attend the course online.

​

HYBRID means some people can be physically present in Angel & Gift World and attend in-person and other people can be in their home (or elsewhere).

All participants attend at the same time and can interact with each other and the with trainer.

Morning Muscular System
Skeletal System
Skin and Special Senses - eyes & ears
Afternoon Circulatory System
Lymphatic System
Immune System

 

Day Two
Morning Endocrine System
Reproductive System
Nervous System
Afternoon Digestive System
Urinary System
Respiratory System
Note: Cells and Tissues will be covered with each System

Learning outcomes:
Following the course students will know:

• How each system of the body works.

• How each system can go out of balance

• Most common pathologies for each system (max 3 each) with guided self learning for other pathologies

• When to advise clients to seek medical attention

• Cautions needed for pathologies eg low blood pressure and fainting.

 

Certification:
Upon completion of the course each student will receive a Body Wisdom Certificate "Introduction to Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology"

 

Homework and exam:
There will be no homework, assessment or exam

 

Books:
Louise Tucker Introduction to Anatomy, Physiology (ITEC), this book is included in the course fee.
